The New Channel of Panama, a Presentation by the Ambassador of Panama

Five days in advance of the inauguration of the Expansion of the Panama Canal, one of the most outstanding infrastructural achievements of the human kind, we have the great opportunity of a presentation by the Ambassador of the Republic of Panama, Fernando Berguido. The new Canal is going to multiply its capacity by three. Italian businesses have played a pivotal role into realizing this human venture, a real achievement for the engineering, logistics and construction industries. H.E. Fernando Berguido is an Harvard Nieman Fellow, and a 30+ years practicing lawyer, a constitutional law professor and the former director of La Prensa, Panama’s main  newspaper.
