Frequently Asked Questions...

#1) How do I obtain post.harvard credentials?

If you are a Harvard alumna or alumnus...

And wish to obtain post.harvard credentials (which are necessary to sign up for membership with our Club and/or to purchase tickets for events with our Club) you will need to first register with the Harvard Alumni Association ("HAA"). Instructions appear below.

If you are not a Harvard alumnus or alumna...

And wish to purchase tickets for events and/or be added to our mailing list, skip to Question #4 below.

Go to the HAA website at http://alumni.harvard.edu and:
1) Click on "Alumni Login or Register" in the upper right hand corner.
2) Click on "Register" in the lower left hand corner of the pop-up box. |
3) Enter your last name, first name or initial, class year (corresponding to your earliest Harvard degree), and then click on "Find My Record".
4) Review the options presented and click on your name to continue the registration process. In order to complete step 3, you will need to know your HAA user ID. If you do not know your HAA user ID, you can find it at the very bottom of emails that you have previously received from the HAA or contact the HAA Help Desk at haa_alumnihelp@harvard.edu or 800-823-2478.
5) Enter your HAA user ID when prompted.
6) Choose your HAA user ID, password, and security question/answer, confirm your email address, read and accept the terms and conditions of use, and then click on "Complete Registration".

#2) What do I do if I have forgotten my HAA user ID and/or password?

If you have forgotten your HAA user ID and/or your password, relax. All is not lost. Go to the HAA website at http://alumni.harvard.edu and:
1) Click on "Alumni Login or Register" in the upper right hand corner.
2) Click on "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the pop-up box.
3) Enter your last name, first name or initial, class year (corresponding to your earliest Harvard degree), date of birth, and then click on "Proceed to Step 2".
4) Answer your security questions and then click on “Proceed to Final Step”. (If you have no security questions on file, you will be able to click on "Proceed to Final Step" immediately.)
5) Select your email address and then click on “Email Login Information”. You will then receive an email containing your HAA user ID and a link which will allow you to reset your password. If you encounter difficulty with this process, you are not alone.
