Dear Harvard Alumni in Italy, 
 

The Harvard Club of Italy’s (HCI) call for nominations period ended on Sunday, 31 May, and voting for the HCI Board of Directors is now open.   

The online ballot link will be available from Wednesday, 10 June at 4:00 pm CET through Wednesday, 24 June at 4:00 pm CET.  
 

We are holding elections for the following Board positions: 

• Community Engagement and Events Director (Northern Italy) 

• Community Engagement and Events Director (Central and Southern Italy) 

• Memberships and Young Alumni Relations Director 

• Marketing, Communications and Website Director 

• Stakeholders Relations & Mentorships Director 

• Business Liaison Director – Fostering relationships with HBS and the Executive Network Alumni

• Legal and Government Affairs Liaison Director – Fostering relationships with HLS and HKS Alumni

• Science, Technology and Design Liaison Director – Fostering relationships with GSAS, SEAS and GSD Alumni

• Health & Life Sciences Liaison Director – Fostering relationships with HMS, HSDM and HSPH Alumni

• Education & Humanities Liaison Director – Fostering relationships with Harvard College and Departments, the Radcliffe Institute, Harvard Extension School, GSE and HDS Alumni

The full list of candidates is available online and includes their Harvard degrees, city, and statements of intent.  

Only one ballot per alum will be counted. To participate in the election, you will be asked to submit the following information to confirm your status as an alumnus/a or HAA Associate Member, as defined by the HAA:  

• Name 

• Harvard degree/program and class year 

• Email address 

• Home address located in Italy
