HCI Annual Visit to Villa I Tatti

Time has come for the annual visit to Villa I Tatti.

For the ones who are not familiar yet, Villa I Tatti is in Fiesole, on the hills outside of Florence. It is property of Harvard University and home of both the Harvard Center for Italian Renaissance Studies and an outstanding art collection (including Giotto paintings!).

We will meet as usual in Florence at the main train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) on June 23, at 3:15 pm, in front of the pharmacy. We will then catch taxis from there to the Villa in Fiesole. The visit shall last about one and half hour, after which the Director of the Villa is going to offer us a tea in the gorgeous garden. We should be back in downtown Florence, at the station, around 7pm.

Event is free, but only open to Members, Alumni and Students.
