HCI Annual visit to Villa i Tatti

Villa i Tatti is Harvard's famous villa in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. It is located in Fiesole, a fifteen minute taxi ride from the Florence (Santa Maria Novella) train station.

On June 19th, we will be doing our annual "pilgrimage" to Villa i Tatti itatti.harvard.edu

We will be meeting at Santa Maria Novella train station at 1230. We will then have a light lunch and then take a taxi to Villa i Tatti (fifteen minutes ride). We are expected there at 1400. We will have a tour of the spectacular works of art and then go for a walk in the gardens. We will then be offered a tea and be readdy to go back to Florence by 1700.  There is no cost to participate (each one pays his/her own transport/meals); a tax deductible donation (suggested € 20-40 per person)is suggested.

If ther is enough demands from Romans, we can arrange to be in the same carriage on the train. Please contact Marco M. Elser for details.

This is strictly for members of Harvard Club of Italy and their family members and we are limited to 15 people (so as not to disturb the scholarly work that is being carried out!). Make your reservations quickly.
